Sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of salivary interleukin-6 (IL-6).
A 4-parameter curve is fitted to the average of the optical densities against the standard concentrations (with Standard8 being the Zero). Concentrations are determined from the curve with specified dilution factors applied to the unknown samples. Results are displayed on linear axes.
If the entire plate was read then supply the measured value for each well. Alternatively, if only specific parts of the plate were read then list only those measured values.
