Linear regression is performed on the average of the optical densities plotted against the standard concentrations (with Standard7 being the Zero). Concentrations are determined from the straight line with the specified dilution factors applied to the unknown samples.
If the entire plate was read then supply the measured value for each well. Alternatively, if only specific parts of the plate were read then list only those measured values.
