Life at MyAssays

We are based in Brighton, Sussex, UK but most of our team work remotely with members distributed around the globe. We meet if, as and when required. This means that we can offer great flexibility in working hours and conditions. Our team work together but each individual is responsible for their own projects, targets and development.

Our Recruitment Process

Our process will vary slightly between roles, however, typically each candidate will be asked to deliver a presentation (either online or in-person) on a specified topic. In addition to this, each candidate may be asked to complete:
  • • a written English test
  • • problem-solving tasks
  • • a mathematics test
  • • IT skills test

Roles Available:

Product Support Specialist

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic graduate or post-graduate to join our support team to expand our technical support capability for our rapidly growing user base. The position responsibilities include:
  • • Provide front-line customer support for desktop products and services (primarily through email but also some telephone support)
  • • Assist customers in configuring data analysis applications
  • • Develop and maintain documentation (application notes, best practises, common support scenarios, product support materials)
  • • Creation of video content (software walkthroughs with voice narration)
  • • New product testing/support

Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic graduate or post-graduate with a passion for technology to join our team to promote MyAssays products and services. The position responsibilities include:
  • • Develop new business
  • • Identify new markets and customers for MyAssays products and services
  • • Meet and liaise with key international clients
  • • Perform technical demonstrations (online and in-person)
  • • Identify and feedback new and emerging market requirements to development team
