Flag Outliers with Layout Editor

The Flag Positions option can be used to mark samples to exclude from calculations.

This is useful when a sample has been contaminated, missed or unused for any reason. Each flagged position is ignored and not included in any calculations.

To flag positions:

1. Press the Flag Positions command to launch the Layout Editor for flagging.

2. Left click with the mouse on each position to flag.

3. When you are finished press Save + Close to save your settings with the assay page.

The positions which are flagged are stored with your assay page. The next time you visit your assay page the flagged positions will persist. To remove the flags press the Remove Flags link.
